Transfer Workflow

1. Request Initiated — The acquiring club submits a transfer request through Rovify
2. Document Upload — Required documents (ID, medical clearance, contract details) are uploaded
3. Athlete Consent — The athlete reviews and approves the transfer
4. Releasing Club Approval — The current club reviews and approves
5. Federation Clearance — The governing federation validates and issues clearance
6. Transfer Complete — Registration is updated automatically

Transfer Types

• Permanent Transfer — Full transfer of registration
• Loan — Temporary move with return date
• Free Transfer — Out-of-contract move
