Access Control & Roles
Rovify uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure users only access what they need.
Standard Roles
- Athlete — View own profile, contracts, and transfer status
- Club Manager — Manage roster, initiate transfers, record results
- Club Admin — Full club management including financial operations
- Agency Manager — Manage client athletes and negotiate transfers
- Federation Officer — Approve transfers, manage competitions, oversight
- Federation Admin — Full governance and configuration access
Custom Roles
Federation administrators can create custom roles with specific permission sets tailored to their organizational structure.
