Step-by-Step Account Setup
Getting started with Rovify takes just a few minutes. Here's how to create your account and set up your organization.
1. Choose Your Account Type
Visit the registration page and select your role:
- Institution/Club — For sports clubs, academies, and educational institutions managing athletes
- Athlete — For individual athletes managing their career and profile
- Agency — For player agencies managing multiple athletes
- League/Federation — For governing bodies managing competitions
2. Complete Your Profile
After registration, you'll be guided through a profile setup wizard. This includes adding your organization details, uploading your logo, and configuring basic settings.
3. Verify Your Identity
Institutional accounts require verification. Submit your organization's registration documents and our team will review within 24-48 hours.
4. Invite Your Team
Add staff members and assign roles. Each role has specific permissions tailored to their responsibilities.
